Senate Advisory Committee on Academic Policy
Financial well-being for our U of U community is critical for reducing burnout and increasing professional performance. Saving, investing, and insurance are essential components to financial well-being. As a member of the Senate Advisory Committee on Academic Policy, I would work to make sure that members of the U of U community have access to the best financial education and tools to help them achieve their goals.
I feel I am well-qualified for this role due to my experience and reading in the area. I was one of the top students in my year-long economics course in undergrad. I maintain my knowledge and keep up to date in the areas of personal finance through reading and podcasts. I have successfully plotted and steered my own family’s financial course.
