Academic Senate
Academic Senate meetings for the 2023-24 academic year will be held at 3 p.m. the first Monday of the month, with some exceptions. These meetings are open to the public, and agenda packets are published and available online approximately one week prior.
Academic Senate meetings will be held on the Zoom meeting platform until further notice. Those interested in attending a Senate meeting can obtain a secure link to the meeting by emailing Jane Laird, the Academic Senate Secretary, no later than 5 business days prior to each meeting. If the location changes, it will be posted in advance.
If a Senator is unable to attend a Senate meeting, it is their responsibility to contact the Secretary of the Senate, Jane Laird, to report who will be their proxy for the meeting. The alternate must meet the same eligibility guidelines as Senators who were elected by their colleagues, CAD or ASUU.
